Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Update as of 23.03.2020
At Pacific Ears we are still open for business although we have taken extra precautions in relation to Covid-19. Please read all about them below.
We will finish your order as soon as possible and most times will be able to finish your order well within the regular time-frames set. As soon as your product is finished we will send it to you. We have noticed however that the situation has some effect on the delivery times of the couriers and distribution centers. It might be that your product will take a few days longer to arrive.

At Pacific Ears we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and following the current guidance from the proper Authorities to ensure we are taking the right actions to protect our customers and employees where we operate.
Please also know that we continue to maintain our high standards for safety and cleanliness. In addition to practicing preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs, we remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by the proper Authorities.

Custom Made Products
We require ear impressions in order to manufacture our custom made products, which requires our staff or independent audiologists to come into close contact with customers. We maintain very high standards of safety and cleanliness at all times, however during this uncertain period we are taking additional steps to minimize the risk to both our customers and staff. Please note before attending an appointment we will ask you to complete a Coronavirus (COVID-19) Visitor/Customer Declaration Form to confirm that you do not have, and have not been exposed to, the coronavirus, and as a result of your response we may ask you to postpone or reschedule your appointment accordingly.
